JEDDAH 14 October 2019 — A total of 53 professionals graduated from Total Care International (TCI), a Filipino healthcare training institution based in Jeddah, at the Al Hamra Hotel Jeddah on 23 August 2019.
Composed mainly of overseas Filipino workers in the Western Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the graduates received their certificates as new nursing aides, caregivers, and occupational safety and health professionals after completing eight months of intensive training. The additional competencies gained from their training give them alternative career options in the Kingdom or another country.
Consul General Edgar B. Badajos commended TCI for continuously providing excellent healthcare training for Filipinos in the Kingdom. “The new skills acquired by the graduates will give them a chance to find alternative employment opportunities, whether in KSA or another country,” Consul General Badajos said.
TCI was established in 2008 to help distressed OFWs to improve their lives through capacity-building activities. END
