PH Embassy Joins ASEAN Missions in Ottawa in Philanthropic Activity

Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia turned over to the Salvation Army officials part of the toiletries donated by the Philippine Embassy to Bethany Hope Center, a shelter for pregnant youth and young families.  Bethany Hope Center Executive Director Sandra Randall led the tour of the facilities of the Center.
