PH Embassy in Santiago Donates Books to Centro Lector Corporacion Cultural

SANTIAGO 03 December 2019– Philippine Ambassador to Chile Ma. Teresita C. Daza handed over books to Centro Lector Corporacion Cultural Library in Lo Barnechea, the biggest community in the Metropolitan region of Santiago, Chile on 05 November 2019.
The book donation forms part of the planned collaborative activities between the Embassy and the Cultural Center. The center is divided into several sections such as the library which offers broad selections of books, learning sections for people of all ages, theatre, exhibition hall and cooking demonstration rooms for different workshop activities for all the members of the community.
The book donation was made possible with the support of the National Commission for the Culture and the Arts and the Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of American Affairs. END
