Philippine Vice Consul to Chongqing Adrian Miras gives some reminders on the Consulate’s notices and advisories on consular services. He also informs the audience that the Philippine Commission on Women has an 18-Day campaign to end violence against women (VAW), which will be held on 25 November until 12 December 2019.
