JEDDAH 16 December 2019 — Filipino mechanical engineers based in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia gathered for the 16th Annual Convention of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers in the Western Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PSME-WRSA) on 29 November 2019.
In his message to the group, Philippine Consul General to Jeddah Edgar B. Badajos noted that the annual convention is apt and timely as it ensures that the members would be up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in mechanical engineering. He urged the members to stay committed to the high standards of their profession and to continue updating their knowledge and skills to remain relevant and “needed” in an increasingly competitive labor market.
