PH Embassy in Canada Joins Global Affairs Canada International Food Fair

OTTAWA 16 December 2019 — The Philippine Embassy in Canada joined other diplomatic missions in Ottawa for the annual Global Affairs Canada International Food Fair on Wednesday, 13 November 2019 at the Global Affairs Canada (GAC) building on Sussex Street. The International Food Fair is a signature event of the GAC and was organized in support of the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign.
The event featured a wide range of cuisine from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Diplomatic missions presented traditional appetizers, main dishes, desserts, snacks, and beverages for the employees of the GAC who attended the event.
This year, the Philippines showcased pancit bihon with a selection of toppings to accommodate varied tastes. Dried mango balls were also given away to guests. END
