PFA Signs SCE Partnership Agreement with Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO 22 December 2019 — The Philippine Franchise Association (PFA), represented by its Vice-Chairman Ma. Alegria Bing Sibal-Limjoco, signed the Spark*Connect*Empower (SCE) Partnership Agreement with the Philippine Consulate General, represented by the Philippine Consul General to San Franciso Henry S. Bensurto, Jr., on 14 November 2019.
PFA is a self-regulating governing body for the franchising industry in the Philippines. Composed of the country’s franchising brands, its vision is to promote the Philippines as a “Center for Franchise Development in Asia.” It aims to promote franchising as a tool for economic development and nation-building by generating businesses and job opportunities.
In signing the SCE Agreement, PFA has committed to initiate activities for Filipino Americans that will spark love for their Filipino heritage and culture, connect them with like-minded networks and individuals, and empower them to take action for the betterment of the country. END
