“As in previous editions of the Kapihan sa Pasuguan, we constantly endeavor to share with our kababayans vital information and know-how in adapting to their new environment, and at the same time ensuring that they properly observe local laws, customs and practices”, Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. to Phnom Penh Myca Magnolia M.
