PH Ambassador to Singapore Visits Car Crash Victims at Tan Tock Seng Hospital

SINGAPORE 16 January 2020 — Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Joseph Del Mar Yap visited the two Overseas Filipino Workers injured in the car crash incident of 29 December 2019, on 08 January 2020 at Tan Tock Seng hospital.

Ambassador Yap has assured the Filipino victims of the Embassy’s continued support and assistance, and has conveyed his well-wishes for their speedy recovery. Both of the victims have undergone multiple operations to repair their injuries.

Ambassador Yap thanked the doctors and nurses of Tan Tock Seng Hospital for their dedication and commitment to helping the injured Filipinos.

Ambassador Yap also said that the Embassy will maintain close coordination with relevant Singaporean authorities, and regularly monitor the progress of the ongoing police investigation for the immediate resolution of the case. END
