PH Consulate General in Los Angeles Conducts Final Consular Outreach Mission for 2019

LOS ANGELES 09 December 2019 – The Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles conducted 2019’s last consular outreach mission in Las Vegas, Southern Nevada from 16 to 17 November 2019.
The mission was led by Consul Rea G. Oreta and organized in partnership with the Fil-Am Civic Action International under its current President Tom Tagacay and Events Chairman Bernie Benito. Consul Oreta was accompanied by Ana Rose R. Rivera, Alexander Nelson B. Maestrado, Ma. Carlota Arevalo Tamayo, Joselito B. Blas, Linda Cadiang and Aurea S. Bahjin.
The team provided a total of 409 consular services to Overseas Filipinos (OFs), which includes 276 passport services, 100 dual citizenship applications, 23 legalization of documents, and ten civil registry.
The Consulate General conducts outreach mission in Las Vegas four times a year to bring consular services closer to an estimated 100,000 OFs and Filipino-Americans in the City as well as in nearby areas. END
