PH Consulate General in Dubai Participates in Emirates NBD Unity Fun Run, Cultural Show

DUBAI 10 December 2019 — The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates participated in the Emirates NBD Unity Fun Run and Cultural Show on 17 November 2019 held at the Dubai Silicon Oasis Grounds.

Together with the Filipino Community Bayanihan Festival 2019 Committee, the Consulate General hosted a Pavilion featuring Filipino street food and products and Filipino music and dance. Philippine Consul General to Dubai Paul Raymund P. Cortes also participated in the Tree Planting Ceremony of the UAE Tree of Tolerance along with other Consuls General based in Dubai.

The PH Pavilion also held mini shows throughout the day-long affair with the community's special culturan song and dance routines. END
