PH Embassy in the UAE Hosts a Year-Ender Event for the Filipino Community

ABU DHABI 06 January 2020 ­­­–– The Embassy of the Philippines in Abu Dhabi hosted a year-ender event with leaders of Filipino community organizations in commemoration of the International Migrants Day held on 27 December 2019.

Addressing the attendees of around 300 Filipino community leaders, Philippine Ambassabor to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Hjayceelyn M. Quintana recognized the contributions of the Filipino community in promoting Philippine interests in the UAE and in the international community, in general. 

One of the highlights of the event are the preview of the Bangkota, the theme of Philippine Pavilion in the World Expo 2020, as well as a musical play entitled “Ang Pambansang Litanya ng mga Inang Wala sa Bayan” by +63Kolektib. END
