15 April 2014 - The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and Northern Emirates held its second weekend mobile consular service in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) last April 11.

A total of 168 new passport applications were processed, 57 expedited services, 15 amendments and 42 notary services, including special power of attorney, report of birth, employment contracts, and job order.

Attached services concluded the following transactions: Pag-IBIG-92, Overseas Employment Certificate applications-68, and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) memberships-74.

Consul General Frank R. Cimafranca and Vice Consul Geronimo Suliguin led the weekend mobile services.
