PH Embassy in Damascus Chargé d’Affaires Meets MFA Consular Department Director

DAMASCUS 05 March 2020 – The Philippine Embassy in Damascus Chargé d’Affaires and Consul General Alex V. Lamadrid called on Director of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Syria Ambassador Hassan Khaddour on 25 February 2020.

Chargé d’Affaires Lamadrid expressed his appreciation for the Consular Department’s assistance in the resolution of cases involving Filipino nationals in Syria.

The two diplomats also discussed the proposed Memorandum of Understanding on Combating Human Trafficking between the Philippines and Syria. END
