PH Ambassador to Norway Calls on Stockholm City Council President

OSLO 10 March 2020 – Philippine Ambassador to Norway Ambassador Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia met with the Stockholm City Council President Cecilia Brinck. Ambassador Batoon-Garcia discussed matters of mutual interest between the Philippines and Sweden particularly the programs and services being delivered by the City of Stockholm to its constituents.

The Ambassador was also briefed on how Stockholm is governed and its relationship to the national government and other local governments in Sweden. The Office of Protocol also gave a briefing and tour of the historic Stockholm City Hall and its significance to the economic, political and cultural life of the city. END
