Japanese Envoy to Canada Calls on the PH Ambassador to Canada
PHOTO: Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia, in her capacity as Dean of the Asia-Pacific Group of Ambassadors in Canada, received Japanese Ambassador Yasuhisa Kawamura on 19 December 2019, a day after he presented his credentials to the Governor General of Canada.
