Acclaimed Filipino Tenor Conducts Singing Workshop

HANOI 02 January 2020 — Dr. Ramon Acoymo a renowned Filipino Tenor and Music professor, conducted a Singing workshop to Vietnamese students on 20 December 2019 at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.

Dr. Acoymo focused his lecture on the philosophies and approaches of teaching and learning how to sing. He also discussed breathing exercises and differences between pop and opera singing. Students also learned techniques on musical styles, diction and accent.

The Vietnamese students expressed their gratitude for Dr. Acoymo's training and expressed hoped for another lecture with him in the future. END
