PH Embassy in Amman Celebrates 2021 Quincentennial Commemoration

PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Amman led by Philippine Ambassador to Jordan Akmad Atlah Sakkam began the 500-day countdown to the 2021 Quincentennial Commemoration with a festive lighting candles at the entrance porch to the chancery. Ambassador Sakkam conducted the candle-lighting ceremony surrounded by Embassy officers and staff and members of their family. It was immediately followed by the singing of the Quincentennial theme song, Bagani.

 Following the candle-lighting ceremony was the switching-on of the Christmas lights thereby giving the Embassy a celebratory, lively, and festive mood. (Amman PE photo)
