PHOTO: The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai repatriated 45 distressed overseas Filipinos who were sheltered in Migrant Workers and Other Overseas Filipinos Resource Center (MWOFRC) – Dubai on 13 May 2020. The UAE Immigration made a special arrangement to issue outpass/exit clearances of the said overseas Filipinos to be able to return to the Philippines amidst the current situation on COVID-19.
