PH Embassy in Tripoli Receives PPE Donation from IOM
PHOTO: Upon the request of the Philippine Embassy in Tripoli, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) donated personal protective equipment (PPE) for Filipino health workers to protect them from the coronavirus disease. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires and Head of Mission Elmer G. Cato received the donation of 10,000 face masks and 10,000 pairs of gloves from IOM-Libya Head of Mission Federico Soda on 07 June 2020. The items will be distributed to Filipino nurses and other hospital workers in Tripoli and nearby areas who will need them.
