OTTAWA 07 July 2020 – The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa resumed its once-a-month Saturday consular services on 04 July 2020 following the Ontario provincial government’s implementation of the Stage 2 of its re-opening phase which permitted a limited number of persons to gather. The said regular service had been temporarily suspended since March 2020 when local government authorities enjoined residents to remain at home as one of several measures to address the pandemic.

Physical distancing and the wearing of face covers are implemented by the Embassy as its contribution to minimize the spread of the coronavirus. END
