OSLO 07 July 2020 – On the occasion of the birthday of Her Majesty the Queen Sonja of Norway on 04 July 2020, Philippine Ambassador to Norway Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia signed the royal book of greetings at the Royal Palace in Oslo, Norway. 

In her message, Ambassador Batoon-Garcia expressed her well wishes for Her Majesty the Queen Sonja of Norway, including good health and long life. END
