PH Non-Resident Ambassador to Honduras Presents Open Letter of Credence

MEXICO 06 August 2020 — Philippine Ambassador to Mexico Demetrio R. Tuason presented his open letter of credence as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Philippines to Honduras to Atty. Luis Carlos Chavarría Reyes, Director General for Protocol and Diplomatic Ceremonials of the Honduran Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, via a Zoom meeting on 05 August 2020.

In his brief remarks, Ambassador Tuason conveyed the solidarity of the Philippines to the Honduran people during this difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Both sides have expressed readiness to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, which share historical and cultural affinities. END
