02 May 2014- Philippine Consul General in Los Angeles (LA) Leo Herrera-Lim had a meeting with US Department of State, Office of Foreign Missions (OFM) Regional Director Stephen Newhouse on April 28.

The OFM officials briefed Consul General Herrera-Lim about consular affairs for Los Angeles and their recent hosting of Disaster Emergency Preparedness Seminar for the Consular Corps.  The OFM-LA officials congratulated the Consul General on his new assignment and assured him of their support and assistance.

During their meeting, OFM Regional Director Stephen Newhouse and Assistant Regional Director Richard McCurry discussed closer cooperation with the Consular Corps of Los Angeles. END
