PH Embassy in Tripoli Rescues Distressed Filipino

The teacher, who was rescued by Assistance to Nationals Officers Francis Enaje and Walter Villalobos, is a colleague of two other Filipino teachers who were rescued and repatriated by the Embassy early this year.
