OSLO 24 August 2020 – On the occasion of Her Royal Highness The Crown Princess Mette Marit of Norway’s birthday, Philippine Ambassador to Norway Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia signed the royal book of greetings at the Royal Palace in Oslo, Norway on 19 August 2020.
