PH Embassy in Tripoli Thanks IOM Livelihood Assistance to Distressed OFW

PHOTO: The Philippine Embassy in Tripoli, Libya has expressed its appreciation to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) for the livelihood assistance extended to a Filipino trafficking victim who was repatriated from Tripoli in February. The Filipino, who availed herself of the IOM Voluntary Humanitarian Returns Program, received start-up capital that allowed her to sell processed meat products in her neighborhood in the Philippines.
