PH, Cambodia mark 63rd Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations

PHNOM PENH 27 August 2020 – The Philippines and Cambodia marked the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic relations on 20 August 2020.
The occasion was celebrated through “A Taste of Friendship in Cambodia,” an event wherein Phnom Penh-based Chef Richmond Roque was commissioned by the Philippine Embassy in Phnom Penh to innovate on two dishes: kare-kare using Cambodia’s shrimp paste and fish amok (the unofficial national dish of Cambodia) using tuna flakes from the Philippines.
