129 Filipinos On Their Way Home from Thailand

PHOTO: As part of the continuing commitment of the Department of Foreign Affairs to attend to stranded Filipinos during the COVID-19 pandemic, 129 kababayans were assisted by Philippine Embassy in Bangkok officials at Suvarnabhumi Airport as they checked in for their flight home on 29 August 2020. The Filipinos assisted included two wheelchair cases who were fetched and brought to the airport. This latest batch of returnees brings the total number of repatriates from Thailand assisted by the Philippine Government to 1,581. (Bangkok PE photo)
