PH Ambassador to Oman Presents Copy of Letter of Credence to New Oman Foreign Minister

MUSCAT 08 September 2020 – Philippine Ambassador to Oman Imelda M. Panolong presented a copy of her Letter of Credence to the new Oman Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi on 06 September 2020. Ambassador Panolong is the first to present the copy of credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Sultanate to the new Foreign Minister of Oman.  

During the meeting that followed, Ambassador Panolong conveyed felicitations on the appointment of the new Foreign Minister and renewed the commitment to advance the bilateral relations between the Philippines and Oman. The new Philippine envoy to the Sultanate discussed with the Foreign Minister ways to further strengthen the cooperation between the two countries in matters of mutual interest. END
