British High Commissioner Pays Courtesy Call on PH Ambassador to Brunei

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN 08 September 2020 – The Philippine Ambassador to Brunei Christopher B. Montero received the new High Commissioner (Ambassador) of the United Kingdom to Brunei Darussalam John Virgoe at the Philippine Chancery in the Diplomatic Enclave on 07 September 2020

The two officials discussed the progress of Philippines-United Kingdom ties, and exchanged views on the relations of their respective countries with Brunei Darussalam.

During the courtesy visit, High Commissioner Virgoe cited the valuable contributions of Filipino healthcare workers in the United Kingdom in the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. END
