PH Embassy in Yangon Helps 27 Filipinos Fly Home

YANGON 24 September 2020 – A total of 27 Filipinos stranded in Myanmar returned home to the Philippines through a special relief flight from Yangon to Manila organized by the Philippine Embassy in Yangon, in coordination with Myanmar National Airlines (MNA).
The relief flight departed from Yangon International Airport for Manila at 12:00PM (Myanmar Time) on 20 September 2020 and arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on the same day at around 5:00PM (Philippine Time).
This is the eighth relief flight facilitated by the Philippine Embassy in Yangon to help Filipino nationals return to the Philippines. END
