PH Embassy in Cairo Hosts Webinar on PH Property Law for Filipino Community Representatives from 4 Countries

CAIRO 21 October 2020 -- The Philippine Embassy in Cairo hosted the "Webinar on Philippine Property Law" for some 21 Filipino community representatives from Egypt, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Sudan on 16 October 2020. 

Atty. Joshua Jerome Q. Santiago, Managing Partner of Javier, Santiago and Torres Law Offices, and Atty. Ronifelle L. Barrios, served as resource speakers.

In his opening remarks, Philippine Ambassador to Egypt Sulpicio M. Confiado stressed that continuing legal consultations will enable members of the Filipino community to make better informed decisions with regard to their properties and assets. He thanked Atty. Santiago and Atty. Barrios for responding to the various questions and clarifications raised by the Filipino community representatives.

Ambassador Confiado assured the community that Cairo PE will continue to organize and host similar webinars on relevant topics and issues. END
