PH Chargé d’Affaires to Libya Visits Arabian Gulf Oil Company

Cato visited the headquarters of the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) in Benghazi, Libya on 07 October 2020 and met with AGOCO Chair Mohamed Ben Shatwan. During his visit, Chargé d’Affaires Cato discussed with Chairman Satwan possible opportunities that could be available for Filipinos in Libya’s oil and gas sector.
