09 May 2014- Philippine Consul General in Los Angeles Leo Herrera-Lim paid a courtesy call on District 4 Councilmember Tom LaBonge at the Los Angeles City Hall on April 5.
The two officials discussed revitalizing relations between Los Angeles and its sister city in the Philippines, Makati City, in the arts and culture sectors. Consul General Herrera-Lim likewise encouraged Councilmember LaBonge to join the 9th Ambassadors/Consuls General and Tourism Directors Tour with the basic tour beginning from July 28 to 31, 2014.
Councilmember LaBonge took the opportunity to tour Consul General Herrrera-Lim around the 26th floor of the Tower of City Hall which provides breathtaking views of Los Angeles. END
