It seeks to enhance dialogue and collaboration among Filipino American organizations as well as engage in various Filipino community projects. Meanwhile, Leadership Education, Guidance, and Critical thinking for the Youth (LEGACY | NY) is a new non-government organization based in New York City that aims to change the foundation of APIA community organizing by filling a void for leadership development and mentorship. Its programs seek to address critical issues faced by leaders and organizations.

The registration fee is $19.98. This will cover the cost of the commemorative Philippine graduation token and diploma, which will be printed in Filipino. Only the graduating student needs to register. He or she can invite one or two guests at no cost.
