International Organization for Migration (IOM-Libya) lauded by PH Embassy in Tripoli for its Assistance to the Embassy, FilCom Members Amid Recent Conflict, COVID-19 Outbreak

Recognition to the International Organization for Migration (IOM-Libya). The Philippine Embassy in Tripoli paid tribute to the International Organization for Migration (IOM-Libya) for the assistance it has been extending to the Embassy and the members of the Filipino Community during the recent conflict in Tripoli and the outbreak of the coronavirus disease. Chargé d’Affaires and Head of Mission Elmer G. Cato presented the plaque of appreciation to IOM-Libya Head of Mission Federico Soda on Thursday, 28 January 2021. Chargé d’Affaires Cato thanked IOM-Libya for the food assistance that was distributed to Filipinos who were displaced by the fighting in the capital and to those who were afflicted with the coronavirus disease.
