Recognition for Libyan NCDC. The Philippine Embassy in Tripoli paid tribute to the Libyan National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) of Libya for the assistance it has been extending to the Embassy and the members of the Filipino Community. Chargê d’Affaires and Head of Mission Elmer G. Cato, who presented the plaque of appreciation to NCDC Director General Baderredin Annajar on 25 January 2021, thanked the NCDC for its assistance in screening Embassy personnel and Filipinos scheduled for repatriation to the Philippines.
