15 May 2014 – A total of 1,366 services were provided by the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh during the 17th mobile consular services or Embassy on Wheels (EOW) for 2014 at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam, Saudi Arabia from May 9 to 10.
The five-member Embassy team was led by Vice Consul Maria Angelica C. Genotiva, and assisted by the Filipino community in Al Khobar.
More than a thousand Filipinos availed of the two-day EOW, and 598 Filipinos claimed their passports.
The team processed 521 passport renewal applications, 38 passports and two applications for replacement of lost passport. The EOW also provided 201 notarial services and registered six births.
The Filipinos who were able to avail themselves of consular services also accomplished 72 client feedback forms, out of 350 forms distributed.
