22 May 2014 – The Philippines, represented by Team Deus Fratres Onlus and the Philippine Embassy in Rome, attended on May 16 the formal drawing of lots for the six groupings of the elimination rounds of the 2014 Mundialido, the 16th edition of the Coppa del Presidente della Repubblica Italiana, a prestigious football tournament for all foreigner teams in Italy under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Italy.
Team Philippines was drawn to be part of Group F and shall be competing with the teams from Nigeria, Albania and Ethiopia.
