UNITED NATIONS NEW YORK, 23 September 2021 — Foreign Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. and Costa Rican Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship H.E. Rodolfo Solano Quiros renewed friendly relations between the Philippines and Costa Rica and discussed further bilateral and multilateral cooperation at the sidelines of the High Level Week of the 76th UN General Assembly. The bilateral meeting between the two countries was held at the Philippine Center of the Philippine Mission to the United Nations on 20 September 2021.
