PH Consulate General in Dubai Conducts Customer Service Training for its Personnel

DUBAI 13 October 2021 – The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and Northern Emirates, in partnership with the Filipino Human Resource Practitioners Association (FilHR)-Dubai and Northern Emirates, conducted a Customer Service Training for its personnel at the Philippine Consulate on 08 October 2021.

The session included two (2) modules: 1. Service Excellence and Attitude Training; and 2. Communication Training. The aim of the course is to train Consulate personnel to provide a more effective and efficient service to its constituency.

Consul General Paul Raymund P. Cortes stressed the importance of the training as it encourages Consulate personnel to become more client-oriented and responsive in providing service to the public. END
