First Rizal Monument in Alberta, Canada Unveiled

The Philippine Consulate General in Calgary, led by Consul General Zaldy Patron (2nd from left), unveils the first monument of national hero Dr. Jose Rizal in Alberta, Canada, which is home to the second largest Filipino community in the country.
