PH Embassy Welcomes Delegates to Bahrain 2021 Asian Youth Paralympic Games

MANAMA, 06 December 2021 – The Philippine Embassy in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the Philippine Delegation to the Bahrain 2021 Asian Youth Paralympic Games Course at a meet and greet held on 30 November 2021 at The K Hotel, Manama. 

The Philippine Delegation which includes 20 athletes, was led by PSC Commissioner Arnold Agustin, PHL Paralympics Committee President and Asian Paralympics Committee Vice President Michael Barredo, Chief of Mission Atty, Judd Anastacio, and PHL Sports Association for the Differently Abled (PHILSPADA) Secretary General Walter Torres.

On behalf of the Philippine Embassy Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., to the Kingdom of Bahrain Maria Paz G. Cortes warmly welcomed the Paralympics Delegation to Bahrain, wishing them success as they continue to soar high representing the Philippines at the Paralympic Games.  The Philippine Embassy committed to support, cheer and pray for everyone’s success at the Paralympics.

The Philippines’ athletes will compete in the Paralympics for Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Swimming, and Bocce from 01 to 06 December 2021. END
