PH Consulate General in LA Officials Extend Assistance to  Filipino Patient at Nevada Hospital

 A team composed of Consul Maynard Maleon ( Left photo) and Consular Assistant Ms. Hazel Mendoza ( Right photo) from the Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) Section of the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles visited a 63-year-old Filipino patient at Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, Nevada on 09 March 2022. The patient has a mental health condition and is diagnosed with diabetes. The team checked on the patient's condition and discussed with the hospital the Filipino national’s possible repatriation to the Philippines by the end of this month.

The visit is part of the Consulate General’s ATN multi-day outreach mission to southern Nevada, which is under the consular jurisdiction of the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles. Consul General Edgar B. Badajos has directed the Consulate Generals ATN Section to intensify ATN operations.(Photos from LAPCG)
