DFA Reappoints Honorary Consul to Mozambique

PRETORIA 18 April 2022 – Honorary Consul Donald R. Tulcidas called on Philippine Ambassador to South Africa Noralyn J. Baja to receive his reappointment papers signed by Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr on 08 April 2022.

There are more than 800 Filipinos engaged in various sectors in Mozambique helping promote deeper ties between the two countries.
