HATAY, 11 May 2022 — The Philippine Embassy in Ankara conducted a two-day consular outreach from 30 April to 01 May 2022 in the provinces of Adana and Hatay in southern Turkey as part of its continuing series of consular missions for the year.

The Embassy team rendered various consular services, which include passport applications and renewals, processing of reports of birth and marriage, and dual citizenship applications, while Embassy officials deputized by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) conducted mobile voting for land and sea-based overseas voters for the 2022 National Elections.

The consular outreach in Adana and Hatay is part of the Embassy’s mandate to bring efficient and timely consular services closer to Filipinos in Turkey outside Ankara who are unable to travel to the Embassy. END
