BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN 02 June 2022 – Philippine Ambassador Marian Jocelyn R. Tirol-Ignacio paid a courtesy call on on Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam, in a Royal audience on 26 May 2022 at the Istana Nurul Iman.

Ambassador Tirol-Ignacio conveyed her deepest appreciation to the Government and people of Brunei Darussalam for the warm and friendly reception provided to the Filipino community in the country. The Ambassador underscored the importance of enriching bilateral relations in several key areas and expressed hope for increasing person-to-person exchanges between the Philippines and Brunei.

Being a woman Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, Ambassador Tirol-Ignacio was accorded a call on Her Majesty. END
