PH Consulate General Explores Possible Partnerships in Vocation, Technical Education for Filipinos in Chongqing

CHONGQING 27 June 2022 – Philippine Consul General to Chongqing Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo met with President of the Chongqing Vocational College of Transportation in Jiangjin District, Mr. Zhang Wenli, on 21 June 2022, to discuss the potential cooperation in vocational and technical education, including a short training course on Cross-Border E-Commerce for Filipinos in the municipality.

President Wenli took the Consul General on a tour of CVCT’s training facilities for e-Commerce Livestreaming, Construction Machinery, Smart Manufacturing, New Energy Vehicle, Modern Logistics Management, Engineering Survey and Smart Construction, among other programs.

Both sides agreed to take subsequent steps to bring potential partnerships to fruition.  END
