06 June 2014- The Executive Committee of the Society of Foreign Consuls of New York (SoFC), led by their President, Philippine Consul General Mario L. De Leon, Jr. (leftmost), visited the NASDAQ Headquarters in Times Square, New York last May 30.  The group was completed by Consuls General from Switzerland, Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, Serbia, and Monaco.  The delegation participated in the Opening Bell Ceremony, a huge production with larger than life video screens, music, cheers and extravaganza held to celebrate corporate milestones and make important industry announcements.  The SoFC has been engaging the business community in New York, the most important trading center in the world.  END
